Since joining Boster, Kobayashi & Associates in 2001, Paul has been assigned to over 1000 cases, been deposed over 35 times and testified in over 40 trials. His cases have ranged from motor vehicle accident reconstruction to general engineering, physics, tires, and braking systems.
Assignments have taken Paul throughout California, as well as to Arizona and Nevada.
In addition to his caseload, Paul has attended numerous seminars to supplement his knowledge of vehicle systems and accident simulations, most recently completing the Commercial Vehicle Braking Systems Professional Development Program. Paul obtained his Ph.D. in Physics from Lehigh University.
