An associate with the firm since 2006, and formerly a Caltrans District Traffic Safety Engineer, Nevin has been deposed over 70 times and testified in more than 20 trials. His work covers traffic engineering, highway safety, and highway design, including ADA compliance, run-off-the-road accident analysis, and safety corridor task force work with Caltrans and the California Office of Traffic Safety.
Nevin earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
