Since joining BK&A in 2017, Bong has consulted on more than 250 cases, including over 25 depositions and trial testimony as a human factors expert witness across six California counties. Her assignments center on perception, attention, expectation, information processing, decision-making, and reaction and response in motor vehicle and premises liability cases, and she's been CXLT-certified to perform slip-resistance testing since 2019. Alongside her consulting work, she has held faculty positions at UC Davis, Argosy University, and Alliant University's California School of Professional Psychology, and her research has been published in the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience.
Bong earned her Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from UC Davis and her B.S. in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
